I just love the fact that I live in Devon now - check out this beautiful sight I saw on one of this week's dog walks - click here to see the video - do you ever see these? Magical or what? click here to see video of a beautiful dragonfly...

Talking of magical, I'm not far from Cornwall so I must go and see Tintagel at some stage - home, apparently, according to ancient mythology, of King Arthur. And a very good film it was too! Went to see it in Okehampton this week with Wendy and I must say it was very very good. More on my QVC blog but do go see it if you can. I loved Guy Ritchie's directing - yes it was a bit self-indulgent at times, but I really liked it and I have to say with some key shots being no longer than a second, blink and you'll miss it, it kept the pace rip-roaring along, so I didn't fall asleep one bit. Mixed reviews but I loved it - and Charlie Hunnam was hot and very watchable on screen - a bit Tom Hardy I must say. He should have been Christian Gray but backed out. Fifty Shades lost out there that's for sure...

A Book first - how exciting is this! A proper French translation in paperback of my very first novel! Was ever so chuffed! More here.

Also on my QVC blog - lots more pics of the week, plus some fabulous TSV sneaky peeks - it'll be here late Friday.

And that story... is coming honest... more soon, come back for full blog late Friday.

Burning Question of the Day – Does your Brain do this Weird Thing too?

Had to laugh this week, when my brain did a weird thing after painting the kitchen walls at our Devon guest house, Retreats for You – and I need your thoughts on it too. I was listening to a particular TV programme whilst doing the kitchen window frame – and blow me, now if I look at the frame I can conjure up exactly what was going on at that moment, down to the actual topic of conversation between the two interviewees! Why does the brain do that? Does yours? If you’d like to hear a couple of other examples of mine, from when that’s happened in the past, just watch this Vlog I did where I discussed it, as I walked along the river Torridge last week during my six nights off, after I got back from France. By the way, just click that link – you don’t have to be on Facebook to access these vlogs (but if you are, ‘like’ the page to not miss any).

When I did that post, Karen T said – ‘My brain keeps remembering favourite clothing and accessories I used to have years ago in relation to places and other triggers. Odd ball! Even stuff I had when I was ten! Vivid memories of colours, fabrics- even an Old England purple wrist watch with HUGE Roman numerals my sister bought me from Carnaby Street in the 1960s. And a few jersey/crimplene mini skirts from Chelsea Girl- it goes on... weird!’

And Andy H said ‘This is so true, I was working on a drawing of an interior decades ago and the radio was serialising 'The Good Soldier Sveg' by Jaroslav Hasek, it's as though one activity cements the other in the brain.’

Whereas Laura D said a brilliant one – ‘My weirdest one is when I turn on the shower - I think of having lunch in a certain restaurant with one of my friends! I think of what we ate, what we spoke about - even about a window cleaner who was cleaning the windows of the restaurant. Heaven knows what the connection is to the shower!!! Just weird! I often wondered if it was just me ....so I'm very relieved to hear it happens to you too Debbie!’

Anyway…

The kitchen is now done. The kitchen…

Is…

Now…

Done.

*Siiiiiigh.*

It fills me with glee to say that. And I can’t wait to see Wendy’s reaction when she walks in and sees the whole thing newly painted and gleaming too! More on this week’s QVC blog here (out Fri pm) also including Early Bird links to both Liz Earle AND OPI tsv deals launching soon.

Thanks to Deborah Dooley for making this all possible as she goes off to start her long-awaited retirement on a permanently moored houseboat in Bideford, not far away. She'll kindly pop back from time to time to help out too. Wendy and I will be your main hosts for much of 2017 retreats.

One thing I do have a good feeling about is my love life this year. I don't know why - I just feel it in my bones... I won't be 'updating' until there's something proper to tell you and maybe not even then if whoever it is turns out to be a little social media shy, like Mr Back of My Tandem was in 2012! I may be wrong, but, still, it's been long enough to recover from the last one, so let's see what 2017 brings!

Had such an amazing time this week helping out at my first ever proper retreat at Retreats for You  in Sheepwash, site of my new home. Deborah and I attacked a huge salmon for one of the evening dinner menus and had enough to last for another meal too. There's some super fishing nearby apparently, so maybe I'll look into helping set up some fishing weekends at RFY or something.

Lots of people are making several suggestions and so far we've had -

photography

craft

ancestry

just chilling

and many more. Now I'm helping out, and getting a few overhauls done of various areas (main bathroom is next week) it definitely feels like a home from home and the dogs are there most of the time - here they are this week with their new xmas toys and also out on one of their walks - Gracie definitely needs a speech bubble! They were made to feel very welcome too by the four lovely writer guests, Clare, Amber, Becky and Amanda, who didn't mind them waddling around and nosing for a cuddle every so often.

Walking in the Devon countryside has given me some great opportunities to do 'vlogs' - my video blogs - and it's been lovely having such amazing backgrounds to chat in front of. See this week's one here. I'm back to London over the weekend for my QVC shifts, then returning next week to help Handyman Mark with the new bathroom work. HOWEVER I wonder if the resident ghost, 'shower girl' will be miffed we're messing with her fittings and fixtures? As I said on my vlog, it seems there's a ghosty which turns on the taps, full on, in the downstairs shower room every so often - full on, not like someone would leave them. Weird eh! Will keep you informed...

Book of the Week - if you love your Christmassy tales, you'll love Christmas at the Comfort Food Café, more here.

QVC blog includes the big Flint Family get together for Xmas, and links to info about upcoming deals like Dyson V6, Bare Minerals, and much more. it will be here Friday pm, along with an Earlybird order link for Sunday's Bare Minerals 7pc Divine TSV deal.

Finally - the big reveal of the new cover for my next book, going into WHSmithsTravel and bookshops in January time, courtesy of Choc Lit my publisher, will be posted on here next week - watch out for next week's blog!

have a great week

Book of the Week Please Don’t Stop the Music by Jane Lovering – she writes a witty tale, so I’ve started listening to another by her on audiobook – more here on my Read it Write it Sell it blog on my website - plus info about the York writing festival. Sugar escapes thru the 1960s net as industry pays experts to demonise saturated fat instead. Regulars will know how I've been writing on health topics for several years now, on my Back to You health blogs on my website. Well, one of the topics that's always befuddle dme is why it took so long for the Health Departments to realise about sugar. Well, this week it all came out.

It's official - they've released previously unseen papers showing that there was a deliberate ploy to divert attention away from sugar. It was back in the 1960s, in some of the earliest studies - when they could have stated it was sugar as well as Saturated fat which was at the heart of the health problems. They didn't, and so set the wheels in motion away from the worst culprit, blaming just fat, wrongly, and resulting in the exact opposite of the target to cut soaring health problems and cut cases of metabolic syndrome. The cases have increased since 1982 when the US FDA announced fat was to blame and 'low fat' foods began replacing the missing taste with more and more sugar . So if you still know someone who keeps saying 'this is good it's low fat', get them to do some research, including watching 'sugar the bitter truth' or my guide 'aids to cutting back sugar' on my website. Here's the full New York Times report read it here.

On a lighter note, I'm really excited because of a new project I'm working on - and of course getting my book French or Dutch finished to go off to a few specific people who are waiting for it. More soon - or soonish!

And here's the latest QVC blog - if you like finding out about offers before other people - go here to see tons of  sneaky peeks and a funny blooper from my hilarious mate Charlie Brook this week on air. See it all here.

Am off to a wedding at the weekend - let's hope the rain holds off! Then to Devon till Tuesday - squeee!

Have a fab week.

THE BIG SHORT

You know when I went away from QVC? Well I worked for several years in the health food industry – bottled energised water, omega threes. Then I hopped over to work as a manager in the financial industry, (my background was accounting and finance before media) and with my impeccable timing, I did so JUST as the financial crisis was looming. Three redundancies later and I was training myself to be an operations manager but the first job I got for a company who wanted my professional PRINCE 2 qualification, was as a manager at a shopping channel (Bid, now defunct too) and they had me back on air by Xmas. So I was well-placed when QVC came calling the following summer. Anyway – that’s the short version of my 9 years away from QVC.

In the middle of it, the unprecedented fall from grace of the banks happened, and I was on the inside looking out, watching more and more people get laid off all around me, scrabbling to get my team’s mortgage applications through before the deadlines closed with guillotine-efficiency, hoping our sub-prime mortgage customers made it through before it was too late. By summer 2008, it was too late for most of them and mortgage lending ground to a halt. Worldwide.

Well a small group of people spotted that the bubble was going to burst and bet that it would happen – in a form of insurance bet called a ‘big short.’ And this week, I went to see the film that’s taken this long to be released.

WATCH – the BEST BEST film I’ve seen in ages – The Big Short! OMG it was so good I already want to see it again. Ace performances from Steve Carell, Christian Bale (Oscar winning if ever there was, from both), Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling, and one of my faves, Rafe Spall, memorable and funny as ever also starred. And really really clever fast-paced directing which intersperses snippets of life in the mid-2000s as the housing crisis exploded and the world changed forever. Loved it. Of course, I worked in the financial industry for a few years and was in the middle of the crash, so it was especially poignant to me. 9 and a quarter out of ten – one of the highest ever.

It's one of those rare films that just make me want to rave about it and urge you to go see it!

Here’s the link to the trailer – do feel free to let me know if you have a big crash story of your own!

And here’s a brilliant interview with cast and creators – so interesting! Enjoy. Let me know if you see it, just click ‘reply.’

Book Launch Party – so here’s the invite to my official book launch party – can you come? It’s at the Chiswick Bookshop (that’s what it’s called) at 12, Turnham Green Terrace, W41QP, tel 0208 9948020 if you have questions about the venue. It’s a lovely little bookshop to peruse whilst you wait for things to begin! Or come help me with the twiglets… lol.

Come along on Thursday 4th  between 5 and 7.30 – for a reading, a signing and some wine and nibbles! I’d love to see you there? Just reply to this email and tell me if you can. OR GO TO THE FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE AND CLICK 'GOING' - HERE.

My lovely steamy Choc Lit romance ‘Take a Chance on Me’ will be on offer in a signed paperback and there’ll also be a preview of my BRAND NEW ttfls book - a follow up to my semi-autobiographical weight loss book. The new one is called  Till the Fat Lady Slims – version 3.0 Tips and Tales to Inspire. (Here’s version 2.0 on Amazon now if you haven’t got it yet.) Dawn Allen, the lady who lost six and a half stone in a year and says Freedom Eating changed her life, will be at the launch party as well as lots of other QVC faces, including Catherine, Alison Keenan, Craig and Gill Gauntlett and I’d love to hear from you if you can come too? (STOP PRESS - HOW TO ORDER A SIGNED COPY OVER THE PHONE! Just call Emily at the Chiswick Bookshop and she will help make it happen. 0208 994 8020)

Of course I'll be donating the profits to my lovely charity Medical Detection Dogs. And Christina from MDD will also be there on the night. Talking of MDD :

Star struck I was kinda star struck, a bit, to this week be tweeted by Deborah Meaden from Dragon’s Den herself! She’d just been to the Medical Detection Dogs HQ – and was so impressed. I only hope they can raise the funds they need soon enough to help train another dog to do the prostate cancer detection work that impressed Deborah so much. I you can spare a fiver or so towards it, click here.

Here’s the tweet – squeee!

Finally – a cheeky sneaky puppy video which made me smile. I know I should have rushed over sooner to help Daisy out of her predicament, after wrapping herself up in her microfibre towel a bit toooo well… but… well watch it and you’ll see why… And no she wasn’t unhappy about it – watch her reaction!

Anyway – this week’s Read it Write it Sell it book blog (click here) has the John Grisham novel ‘Gray Mountain’ which I’m enjoying, as the Book of the Week this week. And more about the fab book launch party I’m having.

And Back to You blog (click here) is all about why some people can lose weight eating certain foods and some people can’t; and the relationshiop between that and... yes you've guessed it, gut bacteria - the mot du jour! Plus the links to the Yankee candle Q&A with lovely guest Rosa, plus as usual Bruce’s fab Bodyblade Q&A.

Finally don’t forget my new QVC blog, out Friday 29th, will have a big competition – someone will be picked at random to win none other than a QVC Beauty Bash Goodie Bag! All you need to do is leave a comment on that blog and you’ll be entered – but it has to be on the blog itself. You'll also read all about the fab The Trouble with Goats and Sheep book launch party I attended for my author friend Joanna Cannon last night too!

(Alternatively if you’re really quick the odds may be better in the Friday Webchat competition which I will have on our QVC Facebook page during my final webchat of this run – I’m letting someone else take over. Go here to our QVC Facebook page and look for the post which goes live Friday lunchtime - ENTER BEFORE 7PM.)

Good luck if you take part in the big new Beauty Bash Goodie Bag Competition! And maybe I'll see you on Thursday next week in The Chiswick Bookshop?

Hugs

Isn't it sad when the lights come down? Want to see what I did instead?

click here for a little tour around my lounge post-xmas!

What did you do?

I must say I miss the red of xmas but it feels nice and fresh now. Talking of which, how's your new year gone so far? I've got a new challenge going - it's called 20lb in 2016 and can be joined via my Facebook event here, where you can click 'going' and find out more about it. It doesn't have to be 20lb either, it can be whatever you need it to be for your own body. I think if I lost too much I'm at the stage where my face would probably show my age more and I think my face kind of likes a bit of extra blubber! lol. So I'm personally aiming for around a stone. Half a stone by July would be good as that's the amount my health check woman told me to aim for last time I went for my company medical at Nuffield, so that'd be good. But much more and I start losing my bust and I don't wanna be doing that! Pity we can't choose where to move our extra inches from and to eh girls! lol.

Also had a lovely trip up to see my charity Medical Detection Dogs again and we plotted and planned some fabulous events around the country this summer! It'll be some kind of vintage fashion show type event with lots of other stalls and so on, and hopefully a QVC face or two, but aiming to help pay for another six industrial freezers. We already got two of the eight they need via our mega draw and donations, which I'm thrilled about. Little Derek the dog's training will be paid for too, I aim to ensure, and any help you can give would be much appreciated - you can donate via text (simply text MDDC14 £10 to 70070 (or whatever amount.)

Also went to see Marie Francoise from Kipling, in a play last night! She was excellent I have to say, but her boyfriend was outstanding! It ends on Saturday but here are some pics from 'The Two Faces of Agent Lacey' about shenanigans in a theatrical agent's office. This is MF in one of her scenes - the guy on the left is Agent Lacey - formerly the gladiator known as Trojan 20 year ago!

Finally a lot of people have asked me lately about the self-help book recommendations I made over xmas and new year. Well I've made a list! Go here to read them, and maybe feel inspired if you'd like to stop going round in circles and making the same resolutions every January. They're not miracles but are certainly enlightening, in my opinion. There's a section on help with bereavement too. Go here.

And if you'd like to join our support groups if you're on Facebook, go here for the list and links.

Anyway do join me for some of the below highlights on QVC this week and next. And hope you're not too badly affected by the cold spell they're threatening. I live in a dip so hopefully my 4x4 will help get me to work if it does get icy or snows!

big hugs

Published in Debbie's News

Yes I am talking about our lovely Molton Brown guest. Well, after Julia, Jackie Kabler and my own novels, now here’s another author from your own fave shopping channel – and her 4th book was out earlier this year. She’s got an agent, a big publisher, and is doing well – news below about which of her books has been optioned for a film by the famous company Working Title Films!

JEMMA SAYS -

So, I've had four books published. My first, Me and Miss M, came out in 2009 and was about a girl who worked for a nightmare actress. It was a bit 'Devils Wear Prada' and based very loosely on personal experience. I never dreamed when I started writing it that it would ever be published. As a kid I loved reading and devoured endless Enid Blyton's. I also loved writing stories at school but it wasn't until I had a first draft of Miss M that I ever wondered about showing my writing to anyone else. I sent it to lots of literary agents but no one was interested. Then I sent it to a few publishers and after six months (!!) I eventually got a reply from Random House saying they wanted to see me. I went in for a meeting, they offered me a small deal but said I needed a book agent to arrange the contract. At that point I rang back some of the agents who had turned me down and suddenly managed to get their attention. I got an agent and they then insisted on sending the manuscript out wider and eventually I went with Penguin. That book came out with them in 2009. So the moral of that story is not to give up.

My second book, From London with Love, also came out with Penguin and both books were translated into quite a few languages.

My third book If You're Not the One came out with Mira in 2013 and has been optioned by Working Title Films. It's about a woman who's having a mid life crisis and finds out what would have happened if she'd stayed with three men from her past.

My most recent When I Met You came out this year. The main character is Marianne. She's in her thirties but somehow still living at home with her mum and stepdad. I think this is indicative of what's happening in lots of households as owning your own home becomes more and more difficult for young people. Her relationship with her mother, Alison, is strained and difficult and I was certainly thinking of Alison Steadman as I wrote the mum. Or an Essex Sarah Lancashire. One day Alison's ex comes back into their lives, with a secret and over the course of the next six months everything changes. At it's heart the book is about love in all its forms. I do hope you enjoy my books! Jemma."

When I met You is on amazon here.

If this sounds up your street, remember this is Jemma's 4th novel so there's a lot to enjoy if you discover a new author this way! And do let her know what you think eg on her website www.jemmaforte.com. Good Luck Jem! And keep us informed about the Working Title option for the Film!

Myfirst Choc-Lit book in bookshops - update -

My own current novel on release is Take a Chance on Me (originally Hawaiian Affair) - which is on Ebook on Amazon here or pre-order th paperback - due out 7th December in some bookshops, or on order.

Whilst last week I reported that I'd heard from a very excited lady this week on Facebook who told me she had already been able to pre-order my paperback in WHSmiths, there's a hold up on more stocks reaching all the WHSmith-TRAVEL concessions but they should all be available by 3rd December. The Euston outlet I'm told should have another ten copies being delivered soon! So do go there if you can! Plus Victoria, Liverpool St, etc and all UK airports including Jersey.  If it's in stock it should be in normal shelves ('range') in those stores (in alphabet order on the fiction shelves. Then later in other bookshops it'll be on order - just ask for 'Take a Chance on Me' from UK Publisher Choc Lit and let me know if you find one by emailing me This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with a pic if you see it near you!

And watch this video if you haven't seen it, of the day my first copy came through my door. click here. Squeeee! Exciting times!

Other News -

- Have just begun another marathon audiobook - Fall of Giants by Ken Follett, book 1 in his Century trilogy, set in the early 1900s - which is the era I'm writing about now in my next novel French or Dutch. I enjoyed his 'pillars of the earth' so I thought I'd give it a go - update next week!

I’ve downloaded the latest John Grisham too, plus The Martian – which is apparently better than the film! Lots to read!

Have a lovely week.

Best wishes

FREEDOM

Some more health news hit the headlines this week with the whole 'diet drinks can cause heart attacks' message. It did make me think more about what I was putting in my mouth this week. but Freedom Eating means I never really want that stuff anyway (it's the system I follow, if you're not a regular and you don't know, as in my book Till the Fat Lady Slims, more here

One of the girls had a major 'aha' this week and spoke about her hard-to-shake habitual need to judge other people's food choices and it made such a good topic I included it as one of my Tips of the Day, on the TTFLS PAGE on Facebook - here. So Tip number 132 - worry about what goes in your own mouth, not other people's. Let go of the need to be right, as Wayne Dyer said, God rest him. And that includes thinking that others should live their lives according to your rules. The full post is here but it made very good reading. Come join the chat on the TTFLS Facebook support group too, lots of fab banter amongst friends. It's hard to let go of the 'rules' you've lived your life by, especially if they were ingrained at a young age. Fab book 'the Biology of Belief' by Dr Bruce Lipton explains how things learned early on remain in our subconscious and are harder to shift - but with enough info and practice we can definitely move on from damaging limitations like that one. Eileen the lady concerned said she had such a fun afternoon with a member of her family as a result. It's just not worth fighting to be right your whole life. Don't sweat the small stuff, right?!

Book three - Till the Fat lady Slims 3.0 - Tips and Tales to Inspire - will be out in January featuring other such stories from my lovely Freedom Eaters. Sign up for my newsletter on the 'subscribe' button the the left to be the first to know.

TALKING OF RULES CHANGING

Interesting how the recent changes on the Back to you Facebook group (here) have been followed by a major rule-change on the main QVC page. Their new house rules launched week ending 13th. I'm in favour of the 'no-sharing unofficially' rule re advance information about upcoming deals. As a proud member of staff I get given the go ahead to release info - all officially - ahead of its standard release and it makes me very proud to be part of a carefully planned campaign. The new rules will comply with that. Also below is the statement I made clarifying there is no connection between Back to you activities and the rule changes on QPage - would we were that important! lol! But just for the record, see bottom.

WEBCHATS

Had three lovely webchats again this week. One of them was Keeley from Elemis (officially) releasing about her new Today's Special Value (pictured). It's going to be a phenomenal way of getting a bumper bundle of premium face and bodycare for under £42 on 4 E payments in time for Xmas - I bet a lot of people will be stocking up. This is QVCs big one. This is the one which breaks records. The one everyone puts on their shopping list! The one people multi-buy! So with that in mind, we are going to preview it earlier than normal - it's so exciting when that happens! 8pm Saturday with Julia and Keeley on the additional channel, 'QVC Beauty' (get it via the app or online) The full announcement is here from Keeley's facebook page:

here you go! exciting Elemis news @qvcuk - TSV this sun 15th The Sensational Skin Collection will be £41.96 (worth £136.50) and available on 4 easy payments of £10.49. It'll also be available with buy more, save more, providing an extra saving of £4 for each additional purchase of the TSV (across both fragrance options). Postage and packaging will be £4.95. (buy two the same and it's 50% off the second and subsequent ones in same order) Put the 15th in your diary! Watch Will Gowing TV's reveal: http://bit.ly/1kkg6TT

It was a super chat but as the group is now members-only/closed, the info can't be shared so do join us and you will see it! You'll also see Linda Magistris talking Christmas - she supplies some amazing xmas lighting and decorations at yuletide. Plus Bruce bodyblade with a secret extra you can do to get your body going - lunges in between each of the six exercises using his amazing fitness device Bodyblade. Again go to the Bodyblade QVC facebook group to find out more.

NEXT WEEK - it's another fabulous webchat 8pm Mondays - they are getting booked up right up till Xmas! Busy time of year, right?!

Have a great week!

DEBS POST ABOUT CHANGES

Fabulous weekend! Glad hard work pays off in more ways than one, and super when common sense prevails at last!
Btw for those who asked, yes Back to You group webchat is growing and continues gaining members and tomorrow Keeley will reveal all - officially -! - in 8pm webchat about the weekend Christmas today's special value bumper bundle from Elemis! Do join now, it's become even more popular now it's a members-only/closed group and the guests are booking their slots up to and after xmas! Join us x

Plus the amazing news I had last week that I will be able to officially mention the elemis Christmas today's special value kicking off in my 6 PM web chat on Friday! On QVC UK Facebook page, which has had a fabulous revamp, looking forward to chatting there with some exclusives. Am so lucky.

Ps am sadly having a cull of some 'friends' who shouldnt be on my list, and this will free up more space, apologies to those waiting, over 1000 friend requests sitting there. Sorry. Meanwhile if you know someone waiting, please tell them about my Facebook page. Lots gets posted on there inc sneaky peeks (official ones as ever) and fab updates!

Thanks to everyone who has helped make the last three weeks so rewarding. I'm so glad I work for such a brilliant company and in particular had such an amazing boss. Best I've ever known, helps make things happen. Actually, all do. Understanding company and great employer. Lucky Debbie. Very happy.Full steam ahead, ‪#‎NewEra‬ ‪#‎GreatTimes‬

 PS -

ok so in response to those asking to re post this, here it is again - below - hope it helps! (ps furthermore, no, the recent QVC page revamp was not in response to events on this page - would we were that influential! Funny! And no, this group will continue as it is now, growing from strength to strength. And no, I will not 'only' be posting on Q page - I do my posting on my own page mainly, which is public and anyone (well apart from one or two) can see it; it automatically shares to Twitter and i share it to several other groups. NB I'm just doing my job, and sharing officially as I'm asked to do, and when my requests are granted. *sighs*

‪#‎Ladies‬ ref the recent changes on Q page re deliberate early leaking of QVC info - unofficially - it is being stopped. All other sharing activities will continue as they are, including by all QVC staff and official platforms.

This is actually excellent news. The brands have a program to follow of releasing information. Seeing it too early spoils their plans. So I'm sure Qvc have responded accordingly. Furthermore often the information given was wrong.

I follow what I'm told to do regarding releasing information in advance, as a member of staff that is my job, nothing I do is outside of my remit given to me by my managers. The same with Will Gowing and qcommunity posts, they are really carefully considered and planned a long time in advance and have provided a fab service using the information in a wonderful way. This change means they will not be undermined by people reading it all elsewhere. The more QVC can make the page run smoothly, the better.

I am looking forward to my web chat on there starting Friday the 13th, 6pm, where I will have behind-the-scenes video clips with people, including for instance, Fiona decleor who has agreed to do a short prolagene gel video. Plus I will have some special bargains given to me to rave about! It's my job, that's what I do, And anything that makes it easier is fine by me. I am happy to be part of this new era. And I'm so glad everything is working so well.

Please DONT THINK that this means there will be absolutely no information in advance. This change just means it will be released in the way QVC want it to be. This change has come as a result of much deliberation, and many meetings on high, and it is well thought through.I for one am very pleased. I hope that helps X
